1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Celar Marketing Lab, Utrecht, the Netherlands. For any question about your data, write to kseniia.kklsh@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
We only collect what you enter in our forms:
- Contact form: your name, email address, the topics you select and your message.
- Academy waitlist: your email address and your role (business owner, expert or team).
We do not ask for special categories of personal data. Please do not include them in your message.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your request and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To email you when Celar Marketing Academy opens and send launch information. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers. Each processes data only on our instructions or under its own privacy policy:
- Web3Forms: delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Vercel: hosts this website and keeps technical server logs.
- Calendly: handles bookings when you schedule a call.
- Stripe: processes payments for Academy products and services.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
5. How long we keep it
- Contact requests: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together. Client records are then kept as long as Dutch law requires, usually 7 years for financial records.
- Waitlist emails: until the Academy launches and you decide whether to stay subscribed, or until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
7. Unsubscribe and deletion
Every Academy email has an unsubscribe link. To unsubscribe or request deletion of your data, email kseniia.kklsh@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.
8. Cookies
This website currently does not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when our services or tools change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
